Ubelicious! I'm actually not a fan of ube but I got so inlove with this drink. It was so good!! It's like having a drink and a dessert all at the same time.
*It has the same size with Mango+Pomelo pearl shake however we suggested to half it into twos.*
Sizzling Lengua and Oxtail Kaldereta Special P230 (small)
This filipino staple was very tasty and flavorful. Manam was able to balance the sweet and tender flavor of the lengua and oxtail with the mix of spicy and chessy taste of the thick sauce.
Inihaw na Baby Back Ribs, Pinoy Style P350 (small)
The meat was juicy and undeniably tender. What makes it different to other ribs in the metro is the pinoy twist that they bring into the meat.
A Crispy Pata with Garlic-Chili Bits P290 (small)
ALL HAIL PIG. This bomb shell is one of the best! It was very crispy and yet they still managed to keep the juiciness of the meat. You'll surely won't regret eating this. Hehe
Sinigang na Short Ribs with Watermelon P230 (Small)
Who would have thought that adding watermelon to sinigang can actually make it tastier than ever? The contrasting taste of sweet and sour made this dish very unique. The beef short ribs were absolutely delicious too.
House Crispy Sisig P385 (Large)
THE. BEST. SISIG. EVER. Imagine eating chicharon with tons garlic, onions together with this rich saucy flavour....YUM!!! Definitely a must try!
Nom nom! I think I just gained 5 pounds after eating here at Manam, I had at least 2 cups of rice.... HAHA can't help it! They're all so good!!!! Aaaahhh I will absolutely be back for more. ❤️
